Our new live chat system allows us to provide instant one on one support. This system is secure, reliable and simple to use, providing you with instant answers to your questions. To get started just click the live support button on any page.
If you still need help we offer support through our trouble ticket system. In order to use the system you need to register for a free account on our control panel. If you already have an account all you need to do is log in and select "New Ticket" from the "Help" menu. For support without creating an account go to the Contact Us Page and submit the contact form.
It is our experience that technical support questions are best answered by email. We do however understand that some customers and situations would be better suited to telephone support. If your problem requires telephone support please send a normal support email and include your telephone number and we will be happy to phone you back. Please also include a summary of your problem so the support technician who returns your call can look into the problem before calling.
